Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a rapidly growing Fintech based in central London currently looking to fill in the below position:

Product Manager, who thinks outside the box, is good at developing connections, enjoys challenges, and is inventive and explorative. The right candidate is a confident and organised self-starter with first-class communication and problem-solving skills. You will be surrounded by a team of dynamic individuals who are focused on doing right by the customer.

You share our desire to change the way personal data is handled and shared in a secure manner. You also realise that you can't do it alone, so you're a team player - a good one. You are energetic and enthusiastic, with a “Can-Do” attitude that promotes a pleasant, productive work atmosphere, particularly in stressful or high-pressure situations.

We're seeking for an Agile Product Manager with at least two years of product ownership experience in other Agile development organisations.

  • Have experience working with SaaS products, particularly in other start-ups
  • Capable of building great connections, Working directly with Product Management, Customers, Business Owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Owning and driving feature and user story definitions, as well as refining requirements and ensuring clear acceptance criteria, is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage projects while maintaining conceptual and technical integrity.
  • Planned Program Increment experience.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written English fluency.

Other skills that would be appreciated

  • Using Big Data to make intelligent product decisions
  • Knowledge of how third-party services (e.g Google, Microsoft) are integrated and utilised in digital products
