Role Overview & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a passion for helping prospective employees find fulfilling careers. The successful candidate will work directly with the hiring managers to ensure that they are supported and satisfied with their work, and will act as a liaison between the executive staff and human resources department. This is a highly-skilled position in which the individual will be asked to consult with current employees about their career paths and satisfaction levels.
