Security Administration Coordinator

The opportunity to undertake the role of Security Administration Coordinator has arisen with a unique ‘tech' company based in Kings Cross. The role is focused on providing support and coordination to the site based Wilson James Management team and to assist in delivering an exceptional service to the client. The ability to understand, follow and document process and procedure is key to this role. This will include administration of the site information, scheduling, Timegate administration and logistical support. The candidate will hold exceptional administration skills with the ability to create and produce innovative, accurate and detailed management reports on a monthly basis and have an understanding of project management concepts. The role will be actively involved in ensuring that site instructions and SOPs are correct, up to date and in auditable condition. Candidates holding an interest and understanding of training and development would be desirable. We are looking for a talented and driven individual who wants to become an integral part of a growing team, in a dynamic, inspiring and collaborative environment. With a focus on details and strong output, this role would suit someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
