Content Writer

Vizlib is changing the face of data visualisation. We empower people to make smarter decisions at work, by making it quick, easy and fun to uncover meaningful insights from their data.

We have a growing, global network of customers, including Ford, IKEA, HSBC, and Airbus (to name a few!). Now, we’re looking for a bar-raising, story-telling Content Writer to join our team.

If you have strong feelings about the Oxford comma, talk about email subject lines at dinner parties, or spend your commute rewriting tube adverts in your head, we’d like to hear from you.

The role will include:

• Working closely with the content marketing manager and the head of brand and content to execute the business’ brand and content strategy
• Researching, drafting, editing, and promoting a range of content, including (but not limited to!) articles and blogs, social media content, emails, and customer success stories
• Ensuring content aligns with our Tone of Voice and House Style Guidelines
• Staying in the loop with industry news and trends to identify talking points for our content
• Ideating and delivering creative social media campaigns
• Creating opportunities for remarketing by optimising and reusing existing content as needed
• Using content management systems to build and publish blog content
• Supporting the content marketing team with scheduling and calendar management
• Expanding our community by engaging with our customers and prospects on social media
• Supporting the team with proofing and editing as needed

The ideal candidate will have:

• Two+ years experience in web content creation
• Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
• Experience working in the tech industry
• Knowledge of using Content Management Systems
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, and/or Notion
• Experience optimising content for SEO is a plus!
• B2B SaaS experience is preferred
