Insurance Senior Account Handler

Your Role

The Senior Accounts Handler will be responsible for engaging with our Introducers who will pass them details of their clients/prospects so they can be contacted and sold the policy they require. You’ll find creative ways to identify opportunities to upsell our products and ensure our introducers and customers feel valued at every stage.

You will be the first point of contact for our perspective customers, you’ll take ownership of all introducers including commissions owed, building relationships and growing the book.

At the Insurance Octopus, we take pride in our customers, so you’ll receive the training and support needed to deliver a first-class service and ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Experience Required

You will be a proactive and driven individual with great written and verbal communication skills and have the natural ability to build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements to deliver a great service.

You’ll need a minimum of 4 years of demonstrable success in a high-volume desk-based B2B, commercial insurance sales role or 5 years in a personal lines’ insurance role with experience in negotiating multiple products, prices, and contract terms

A CII qualification is desirable
