Traffic Controller

Salary: £26,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits and annual bonus

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Plus 4 hour Saturday morning cover on a rota basis (1 in 6 - paid as overtime)

Bank holidays worked on a rota.

Location: Cardiff, CF15 7QT

What you'll be doing;

• Jointly responsible for approximately 40 drivers across 2 sites.
• Monitor and focus on targeted KPI’s,
• Maintain regular contact with drivers.
• To ensure all missed collections are communicated to the customer and reported via internal systems.
• Dealing with day to day transport issues & recovery plans.

What we're looking for;

• Previous experience within a similar role.
• Transport industry knowledge.
• Routing experience with strong geographical knowledge.
• Ability and experience with management of drivers.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
