Runner Agent (part-time)

Full-time English-speaking position based in central London – must have flexibile hours during the day (with a minumum of 4 hours).

Upperkey is a PropTech Fast Growing Startup specialising in the management of Hotel-Apartments in the major European cities since 2010. We started by renting one of our own properties and upon seeing how lucrative the business was, we decided to assist property owners and investment funds in renting their buildings and properties with ease. The company doubles in size each year and anticipates significant growth in 2022 with the acquisition of new properties and the launching of new cities throughout Europe and the United States.

UpperKey is now hiring a Runner Agent in London. We need a driven, energetic and young individual who is self-motivated to join our team in a fast-paced startup environment. No two days on the job will be the same! It is a great opportunity to practice your English, meet new people and visit beautiful properties.

Assignment of tasks:

- Bringing new equipment and other items into the apartments to improve the quality of the flats

- Performing regular inventories and inspections of our property portfolio

- Opening the properties when the technicians need to work into

Requirements:

- Communication and teamwork skills

- Good attitude and friendly disposition

- Willingness to accept responsibility

- Languages: Must be comfortable conversing in English

- Flexible with preferred working hours 10am to 2pm

- Good knowledge of central London’s sights and transport systems

- Minimum commitment of 6 months.
