Role Overview & Responsibilities
If you're passionate about customer service, sales, admin, and teamwork, we would like to hear from you. You don't need to come from our sector or even know our products and full training will be provided.
We, at BSS part of the Travis Perkins Group, have a brilliant opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join our collaborative and thriving Sales Team in our buzzing Plymouth branch on a 6 months fixed term contract.
Ideally, you would work Monday to Friday (40 hours), however, we're happy to be flexible for the right person.
What will I be doing?
We will keep this simple:
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers, either face to face over our trade counter, over the phone or via email.
- Support our branch sales team with their duties (chasing up quotes etc)
What are we looking for?
We're not looking for experience in our industry. As long as you can demonstrate excellent customer service skills, are computer literate, and are happy to commit to a 6-month fixed term contract, then we'd love to hear from you.
