Role Overview & Responsibilities

The247dentist is a private out-of-hours Emergency Dental Service, currently operating from 13 locations in the UK with more locations due to open soon! We are a fully remote organisation where our people are at the forefront of what we do.

We are looking for an experienced, qualified, Dental Nurse to join our growing clinical team on a fulltime remote basis. The role is suited for a dental nurse looking to expand their skills and help lead a team of nurses and dentist. The candidate must be ambitious, flexible, friendly, hardworking, and well organised. The candidate must also hold a valid driving licence and have use of their own car as travelling will be required. This is a great opportunity to be part of a friendly fast-growing team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and training of the dental team, leading team induction days
  • Acting as support/first point of contact for the dental team – to include evenings and weekends (on a rota basis)
  • Liaising with Practice Managers for different locations to ensure the smooth running of the service
  • Conducting stock checks for individual locations
  • Completing various daily/monthly/quarterly audits and checklists
  • Assisting with implementation of new locations
  • Creating and managing staff rotas
  • Working closely with Clinical Manager on all aspects
  • Dealing with patient enquiries as and when needed
  • Travelling for site visits
