Role Overview & Responsibilities

The ICG Agency

At Intrinsic Care, we are looking for motivated, caring and kind individuals to care and support those in need. We are looking for support workers who are able to reliably commute to our houses within the following areas;

• Bexleyheath
• Crayford
• Dartford
• Chatham
• Rochester
• Gillingham
• Walderslade

Engage temporarily/non-permanently and the rates are;

Monday - Friday: £11.00

Weekends: £11.50

At least 6 months experience in care/support is required.

We are also in the process of expanding massively across different areas in the UK. We have created a new agency scheme for those who will not be looking for any full time or part time roles and instead, would be interested in applying via an agency for us to provide you shifts at a time in need. This is very new to our system! We have not started an agency before so if this is new to you, this is new to us also! & please do not worry, we provide full training!
