Hyde is looking to recruit an administrator with a strong customer service focus to work within Property Services.

Key Responsibilities of an Administrator

  • Answering incoming calls from customers, ensuring that customers are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
  • Dealing with email enquiries.
  • Diary management and arranging appointments for surveyors.
  • Providing administrative support to Senior Management
  • Updating the customer database with accurate notes

Skills and Experience Required

  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to demonstrate times that you have provided a great customer service
  • Recent graduate, looking for a career where you will be developed
  • Team player able to multitask and assist colleagues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
