Job Description

Full-Time/40 hours per week

3pm - late

As a Food & Beverage Associate, you'll deliver a friendly and efficent service; to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests and ensure they have a great experience. You'll be attentive to our guests needs, from they moment they arrive. You will make recommendations and serve accurately and efficently. You will play a pivital role in our Afternoon and Evening services in the award winning Rise Restaurant.

• Deliver an exceptional level of service through a relaxed and profesional approach - checking in with guests at each course to ensure satisfaction
• Passing on excellent product knowledge of all Food & Beverage
• Work as part of the team, help-out your fellow team members where necessary
• Encourage the highest standards across all areas (customer service, hygiene, health and safety)
• Complete opening and closing duties, re-stock as required
• Team-orientated
• Have a professional appearance at all time
