The Eagle at Weeton is looking for driven, enthusiastic & passionate Bartenders & Bar Supervisors to join our team!

Rate of Pay

• £7.49 - £10.42 per hour.
• Pay is processed every 4 weeks (on a Friday).

Rota Schedule

Shift patterns are flexible around venue opening times & demands.

Mix of day & night shifts available, however - we are predominantly a late-night venue. As such, applicants are expected to be able to work evenings and late nights. Own transport is encouraged as you will need to travel home after midnight on evening shifts

Ideal Candidate

Candidates applying for a bartending role with us are encouraged to demonstrate the following criteria:

• Must be able to commute to / from Weeton after midnight.
• Drive & passion - having a can do, will do & want to attitude.
• Our teams are encouraged to challenge the norm & use their creativity & initiative to create a venue that our team love to work in & our guests love to be in.
• Experience of working within a fast-paced business.
• Comfortable allowing your personality to shine working within a large team.
• Achieving & maintaining a 5-star EHO rating.
• Experience is great, but a willingness to learn and progress is equally encouraged.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Delivering high quality drinks following specifications.
• Delivering great guest experiences.
