Senior Project Manager (m/w/d)

Position Scope & Strategic Mandate

Teliogroup is actively seeking a high-caliber Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) to join their specialized team based in Hamburg. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing critical organizational objectives, driving standard operating excellence, and contributing to the strategic advancement of the Professional Services department across the United States operating corridor.

Key Operational Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Lead, architect, and deliver mission-critical Professional Services initiatives in alignment with enterprise quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate across cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient workflow execution and transparent stakeholder communication.
• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards, data privacy compliance, and statutory United States workforce protocols.
• Identify continuous performance improvements, automate recurring workflows, and optimize team productivity metrics.
• Produce high-fidelity operational reports, risk assessments, and executive status briefings for senior leadership.

Candidate Qualifications & Core Competencies

• Demonstrated professional track record in Professional Services or related domain disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving capability, analytical acumen, and executive verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to operate independently in high-velocity environments while managing competing priorities.
• Working familiarity with industry-standard toolchains, compliance frameworks, and digital collaboration software.
• Legal authorization to work in United States (Corridor sponsorship or standard work permit eligibility).

• Target Remuneration: USD ($) 89,000 - 129,000 Annual Base with annual performance review bonuses.
