The role includes a wide variety of opportunity, promoting fragrance, beauty and skincare products within the World of Duty-Free store. You will need to be confident working towards targets as this role is not only customer facing but sales driven, as well as possessing excellent customer service skills
You must be available to work shifts which will entail a mixture of earlies and lates and you must be 18 or over due to handling liquor and tobacco.
Key skills needed:
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Be confident in engaging the customer in the brand experience and story
- Educate passengers with your product knowledge
- Well-presented and groomed
- Willing to receive and deliver in house training
- Drive sales working towards set targets
- Maximise sales by traffic stopping to encourage curiosity and customer interaction
