Broadwick Studio is an independent design-led studio. With a creative team based in London, we work with partners worldwide designing and delivering projects formed of on and offline Music, Fashion and Cultural experiences.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Spatial / Experiential Designer you will be instrumental in developing creative design solutions across a broad range of projects, ensuring we deliver exceptional & immersive brand experiences and design for events and retail. You will bring broad experience across spatial, retail, experiential and interior design. You will be adept at taking productions through all stages from concept and brief, through the pitch process and overseeing activation and delivery.

You will have an eye for detail, high-end design experience and understanding of brand and consumer experience. Being equally confident developing ideas and creative concepts as you are in 3D we are looking for a creative designer and not just a visualiser, so we are keen to meet people who bring big ideas as well as technical skills.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Sit as a core part of the creative team owning spatial projects and events of all sizes and complexities

• Take a senior role on creative projects developing ground-breaking design concepts across a broad range of briefs

• Work closely with cross functional teams and directly with clients leading projects, building their trust and confidence at every stage

• Communicate ideas through mood imagery and description, honing creative concepts and inspiring others

• Build out ideas into 3D designs and visuals

• Work closely with cross functional teams across 2D and graphics, strategy and account management teams to deliver excellence

• Collaborate with production and technical teams to make sure we are in line with timelines and budgets & your incredible design vision is honoured through to implementation

• Develop inspiring creative presentations and pitches and sell these into clients
  

ABOUT YOU

• You will have a minimum of 6+ years experience working in a similar role

• You will have worked on major creative productions at the highest level and scale

• You will have an understanding of brand experiences, consumer journey and design at the highest level

• You will have experience taking design projects from start to finish, from initial concept right through to final design & implementation

• You will be experienced working in collaborative and multi facetted teams

• You will be energetic and collaborative, we are big fans of team work

• A commercial understanding of design and build, with the skills to generate design concepts for brands that reinforce brand messages

• Proficient to the highest levels in Sketchup and Creative Suite

• Confident use of V Ray (or other rendering software)

• Experience pulling together creative presentations – pitch experience would be ideal

• You will be motivated to always push creative ideas as far as possible

• However you will also be pragmatic, realistic and diligent never to over promise or under deliver managing client expectations brilliantly while looking for alternative solutions

• You will have a solid understanding of build and production and the technical aspects of the design process

• You will be calm and organised with meticulous attention to detail

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Experience in managing junior creatives and freelancers in the team
