Enrollment Coordinator

Studio K is Growing! Weʼre seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as our Enrolment Coordinator

Estimated Hours Per Week: 20 (flexible but to include some weekday afternoon/evenings and weekends)

Pay: between £14 and £18 per hour depending on experience plus commissions

Key Responsibilities:

A high-energy candidate, a friendly people-person that is not afraid of talking on the phone and meeting new people. The enrollment coordinator will work with the studio owner to ensure that current and new students alike are feeling welcomed as well as aware of all we have to offer.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Have direct interaction with current and potential students and their families
  • Continuously update and improve the studio welcome and onboarding systems
  • Engage in daily administrative and customer service tasks (i.e., managing trials, returning phone calls, etc.)
  • Support the studio owner and other administrative staff in large projects and tasks

Candidates will have:

  • A strong understanding of dance or arts-related education programming
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to work independently and with limited supervision
  • Be available to work remotely and independently
  • Candidate should have a firm understanding of Google Docs, Forms, and Sheets

Key Priorities:

1. Fulfil student enrolment goals each month and year

2. Support new students and families through the enrolment and onboarding process

3. Continue to train, evaluate and update the studio's enrolment and onboarding systems and processes with the owners

4. Meet and exceed enrolment goals set by studio owner on a quarterly basis

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
