Our depot in Cumbernauld is recruiting Trainee Bus Drivers on a full-time or part-time basis.
As a Trainee Bus Driver with Stagecoach, you will earn a competitive hourly rate of £12.59 even whilst training!
- WEEKLY PAY! That is right, you’ll be paid every Friday!
- Rotas are a mix of early, day, split, mid, and back-shift with advance notice so you can organise your work-life balance.
- Regular wage reviews.
- Guaranteed a minimum of 39 hours per week, with optional overtime available to increase your earnings.
- A yearly bonus for safe driving standards.
- Holidays starting at 28 days per year, increasing to 33 days per year after five years of service.
- Free travel for you and a companion on all Stagecoach bus services and CalMac Ferries.

Who are we looking for?
- You will need to be at least aged 18 years old and have your driver’s licence for 2 years, with no more than six penalty points.
- You will need to be patient, safe, and courteous to our customers and other road users
- You will want to deliver great customer service and a team player
