Role Overview & Responsibilities

SimStaff LTD is an Esports service provider focused primarily on providing: Technically trained, professional, and passionate Esports staff to the Sim Racing and Digital Motorsport industry.

We work directly with some of Esports' biggest brands and names, on a global scale. We’ve delivered over 700 staff bookings to date, and have no intention of slowing down! We are now looking to recruit a Sim Racing Staffing Coordinator to assist our bookings team. You ensure all our bookings are planned accordingly, ensuring maximum uptime for our clients. This internship will be based on 30 hours per month Approx.

About the Role

The UK Sim Racing Staffing Coordinator will assist with;

  • Referencing our resource planner and event allocation system to assign staff for inbound bookings.
  • Review ongoing bookings against staffing numbers to identify any shortfalls or overbookings.
  • Keep records and input data into our systems about staff being allocated
  • Ensuring accurate measures of staff engagement are being maintained.

Requirements for Candidates

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for attention to detail.
  • Well-versed in understanding client and customer requirements.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of Sim Racing is a Plus.
  • Self-motivated.

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
