Job Description
We’re looking for an Integrated Communication Assistant (part-time job, 16 hours a week) to join our Marketing & Intercoms team in our office in Guildford, UK.

As an Integrated Communication Assistant, you’ll be responsible for supporting admin work related to Marketing & Intercom activations.

What you’ll do
- Responsible to support the Marketing & InterCom department with all administrative, organizational and operational matters.
- Perform, maintain and record purchase orders, invoices & website ticketing independently.
- Data Management (including data storing and archive maintenance).
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and communication management (distribution lists, PR Coverages).
- Operational process awareness & sharing knowledge internally with other teams.
Your qualifications
- A few years of experience working in a similar position would be appreciated it.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong administrative skills.
- You are capable and you enjoy building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Structured, adaptive, discrete and quick learner are attributes that define yourself.
- Open and keen to take necessary steps for own development (learning paths, network, etc).
- Open for a flexible, office-based and part-time job (16 hours a week).
- You live locally to Guildford.
