Role Overview & Responsibilities

Over the last 22 years, our small but solid design agency has gone from strength to strength – delivering flawless creative solutions for influential global brands, as well as boutique businesses that are looking to take on the world! Our work is varied, and no two days are ever the same - from iconic branding and striking websites to effective marketing campaigns, compelling animation and everything between.

Now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic junior designer who is ready to hit the ground running – combining a natural flair for creativity with a desire to learn and grow as a valued, fresh member of our team.

• Bringing your original ideas to life across a varied spectrum of communication channels, from social media and web to print and digital
• Overcoming a lack of experience through an eagerness to learn and ask the right questions
• Expanding into different areas of design to determine where your true passions and skillsets lie
• Willing to roll your sleeves up and become a true team player in every sense of the word
• Capable of turning constructive critique into excellence, with an ability to juggle the fast pace of agency life

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
