Project Manager - Capital Delivery Service
Do you want to make a positive difference to Sheffield and its residents? Looking for a new challenge working in of the largest in-house Capital Delivery teams in local government?
If you are a Project Manager with experience of working in construction, then the Capital Delivery Service at Sheffield City Council has the perfect opportunity you are looking for.
The Service delivers a wide range of capital building and infrastructure projects and programmes. These range from minor capital maintenance works to major new build and area regeneration schemes. These range in value from £100k to £50m.

Initial assessment will be based on the standard application form considering your relevant skills, knowledge and experience. If selected for interview, this will be combined with a technical assessment and presentation.
Essential Qualifications
- Post holders will be APMP or Prince 2 qualified; OR, Substantial experience (minimum 3 years) of successful project management in a multidisciplinary or construction context.
- Post holders will be members of the Association of Project Managers OR be willing to work towards achieving this
