Role Overview & Responsibilities

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Front Of House Concierge Security officer to join our team in Battersea Park.
The purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and professional security service to Samsic UK Security’s clients as specified, demonstrating the highest levels of Customer Service, presenting at all times a smart, alert, visible and commanding security presence.

• Site Location: Battersea Park
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
• Pay Rate: £13.50
• Contracted Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week.
• Split Shifts: 07:00 to 13:30 and 13:30 to 21:00
• Employee Status: Permanent/ Full Time.

The Front Of House Concierge Security Officer is essential in the delivery of a high-class security service to the site as a client and their customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for guests and employees of the establishment.
This includes monitoring and controlling access to the property, conducting security patrols and responding to security-related incidents and emergencies.
You will be required to provide customer service assistance to guests, such as providing information and directions.
You will also be the contact person for any lost and found items and report any suspicious activity to the management.
This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Strong observation and problem-solving skills are also necessary.
