Shop Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, and helping customers find the products they need. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Shop Assistant must be able to multitask and remain organized while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide assistance with their queries.
• Provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Operate till
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and stock shelves with products.
• Preperation of desserts and drinks
• Preperation of baked goods ( Training provided )
• Packaging of chocolate and baked goods
• Understanding of good personal and food hygiene
