Project Manager

-D&B Main Contractor

- £80m Resi Project

- Full Time Perm Position

- £500m turnover

A leading UK Main Contractor require and experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects in excess £50m .

This development will be a key project for them going forward so they require an experienced individual who is comfortable delivering and also client facing.

The project is due to commence in approx 4-6 the weeks. The contractor has a very consistent project pipeline with a mixture of projects due to kick off in 2023 in the London area.

The Project Manager will be responsible for;

  • Driving productivity daily on the project to ensure it stays in line with the program.
  • Liaising closely with a visiting Project Director.
  • Working effectively with the commercial and design team.
  • Ensuring the program is planned accordingly.
  • Managing a team of SSM and Construction Managers.
  • Leading all progress meetings with all stakeholders on the project.
  • Ensuring that all health and safety standards and regulations are always adhered to.
  • Resourcing project team to deliver on time.
  • Management of client and their expectations.

Requirements.

  • 5 years minimal as a Senior Site Manager.
  • Good residential and RC Frame experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Proven experience in completing projects as no.1
  • Ambition to develop your career further.
