Data Inputter

Red Snapper Managed Services (RSMS) are supporting our law enforcement client in Hampshire on a 3 week project to support with high volume data inputting. We are looking to deploy a large number of administration officers with high attention to detail and accuracy with inputting data into various systems which is crucial for business workflows.

Main Responsibilities:

Team 1

• Receive application forms from customers by email into a central mail box
• Manual data entry of information from application form into database system
• Check all relevant documentation has been provided. If not, create a task for customer services team
• If all information is present, set record status to enable the application to be progressed to next stage of processing
• Role will involve high degree of data entry accuracy
• Role will involve access to applicant personal details such as names, addresses, Date of birth, supporting documentation and possible other personal data that may be disclosed

Team 2

• Select applicant payment confirmation pdf (previously saved and stored within a separate team)
• Upload applicant payment confirmation to relevant application record on the database
• Add details of payment (amount, payment ref) to application record on database
• Set status on the system to enable the application to be progressed to next stage of processing
• Role will involve high degree of data entry accuracy
• Role will involve access to applicant personal details such as names, addresses, Date of birth

Team 3:

• Using spreadsheet provided, look up payment ref, identify corresponding database record reference
• Rename payment confirmation pdf files (previously saved and stored by the team team) to reflect the appropriate reference number
• Role will involve medium degree of data input accuracy

Location:

• Based in Fareham, Hampshire

Start Date:

• 24th April 2023 – 3 weeks

Hours/Shifts:

• Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

Essential Requirements:

• Must pass a security police clearance check
• Must be highly competent in Microsoft products, in particular, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Must be accurate and methodical
• Must be thorough and high levels of attention to detail

Pay Rate:

• £11.00 per hour PAYE plus holiday accrual of pro-rata of 28 days per year holidays and bank holidays

The role will require vetting at NPPV2 level - RSMS will process vetting to successful applicants. Only successful applicants who pass vetting will be deployed to the project.
