We are hiring a number of CAD-BIM Technicians (Revit) to join our team of Technicians team as an integral part of our Company growth. Our technicians will work on projects across Civil, Structures Water, and Wastewater.

Core role requirements:

Below represents the core responsibilities of this role; this is by no means an exhaustive list:

The successful candidate would be working as part of a team in the areas of:

  • As a Revit//BIM/CAD Technician, working as part of a larger team shall be integral to the success of this role.
  • The holder of this role will be responsible for the completion of surveys and the collection of project data to prepare drawings.
  • Designing drawings using REVIT or/and AutoCAD.
  • Designs and drawings spanning over a range of facilities, civil, structural, water, and wastewater. Including also GA (General Arrangement) drawings and RC (Reinforced Concrete) Detailing.
  • Preparation of drawings of site development works, structural steel detailing, reinforced concrete, structural layouts, sections, etc.
  • Design work will be completed to a high level of competence, within accuracy and time schedules.
  • Design, data collection, and duties assigned by the Project Leader on a progressive basis
  • To ensure maximum flexibility and to reflect the Company's evolving needs, additional tasks and responsibilities will form part of this role as it evolves.

Key Requirements:

  • Ideally, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, less experience will be considered for exceptional candidates
  • Knowledge /experience of construction techniques and building regulations
  • Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience in GA (General Arrangement) drawings and RC (Reinforced Concrete) Detailing.
  • Ideally will have experience with the structural elements of Projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and manage many tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent clear and concise communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team.
