This intern opportunity is within our Chief Information Office (CIO) and will involve you working alongside our IT change teams on our insurance policy platforms that are used to store customer policy information.
Role Requirements
You will gain vast insight into our culture and our business and align that insight with your career ambitions. Successful completion of the summer internship could lead to you being offered a place on our Bright Futures graduate programme after Graduation.

Responsibilities
In this internship opportunity, we will encourage you to:
- Support and work alongside our IT change teams including Project Managers, Business Analysts and Testers to gather and analyse requirements
- Support change delivery through understanding what is required to putting change live
- Understand and document the change processes
- Understand how Insurance products are configured and updated
- Support with the platform testing activities
The Individual
We want your individualism, capability, and ambition to shine through. You will need to have a zest for learning and a willingness to be hands on in the role.
You will need to be a Graduate in your penultimate year of study.
Strong and effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business
- An eye for detail, and an analytical nature teamed with the ability to collate and interrogate data with the use of Excel
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to focus on details, whilst maintaining the 'big picture' view
- Be able to work independently, but remain organised throughout projects in a fast-paced environment
- A results driven outlook that will support RSA to outperformance
