Spray Facility Assistant for Roundhouse Work Factory

Place of work:

Orion House, Spring Lane South, Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 1AT

The facility is split over two sites, the Machine Shop & the Factory both located in Advantage Business Park:

The Machine Shop, where the raw materials are processed is independently managed.

The Factory, at Orion House, is a modern manufacturing facility with approximately 35 staff comprising assembly, spray shop, fit up and despatch.

Responsible to the Production Manager

Main Purpose:

Production of kitchen furniture at Orion House to the agreed schedule & to our exacting standards.

The successful candidate will be required to:

Assist with all preparation work on components prior to finishing.

Assist with cleaning and maintain spray equipment.

Be focussed, self-motivated and hardworking, thorough and conscientious.

Be able to work within a team, be organised and efficient, patient and flexible.

Be experienced and articulate, with a professional approach.

Be an excellent communicator, friendly, personable and approachable.

Experience working within the furniture Industry would be an advantage, but not mandatory as training will be given for the successful applicant.

Hours of work:

We operate a four day working week (Monday to Thursday) 6:45am to 4:45pm, but may be negotiable.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary and excellent working conditions.

Job Type: Full-time
