Role Overview & Responsibilities

Rightdose Pharmacy is a national pharmacy chain based in the UK, with a state of the art head office based in Glasgow.

In 2019 Rightdose launched its technologically advanced Pouch Service, simplifying the process of taking the right medications at the right time to patients throughout Scotland and England. Our Registrations team in Glasgow are expanding and looking for a Onboarding Operative to join our in-house team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Being a main point of contact for England Patients completing their registration
  • Working with the dispensing team to receive proposed medication schedules for patient pouch medication
  • Liaising with patients via email & phone to confirm their Pouch medication schedule& other details required to complete their registration
  • Creating & maintaining Patient Records in the internal CRM system ensuring patientcommunication is handled correctly and efficiently
  • Ensuring registered patients are fully onboarded and passed to the pharmacy teamand customer services team for on-going relationship management
  • Supporting the wider Pharmacy team in all patient communication where required

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Have experience in working in a similar customer services/administration role
  • Be passionate in providing the best in class service to all patients
  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a teamWork towards your KPI's and goals as set by your line manager
  • Be flexible in supporting the business and be forward thinking

Pharmacy experience is desirable however, it is not required in order to be considered and successful in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £10.50 per hour
