Shift Pattern: 24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern, 12 hour shifts, days and nights. Average of 42 hours per week

About the role

As a Shift Engineer, you will learn from and work with experts from a world class drink’s manufacturer. We want this to be the start of a long Refresco career for you.

What are your daily tasks as a Shift Engineer?

· Working closely with the Engineering Team Leader, taking responsibility for delivering a high quality Engineering service.

· Rapidly diagnosing and resolving both mechanical, electrical plus basic control and instrumentation faults.

· Completing a full range of maintenance activities across the entire installed asset base within the area that you work.

· Continuously working to improve performance to deliver site efficiency and performance standards.

About you

· Have previous experience of working within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment.

· Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.

· Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
