Qualys is looking for a HR Generalist who is operationally savvy to join our HR Team in Reading Office. The EMEA team will rely on you as their first point of contact for HR queries and to provide timely, practical advice for any employee related matters. You will also partner closely with our global teams such as Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Facilities to implement programs and deliver an exceptional employee experience. In this regional role, you will support two businesses with a great sense of purpose and positioned for growth. The generalist will be managing the Qualys EMEA offices .
- Provide comprehensive HR services to the key stakeholders and employees in region
- Have an understanding of UK employment law
- Coordinate employee Right to Work authorizations and manage the sponsorship license requirements
- Ensure legal compliance in all countries within the EMEA region
- Own benefits onboarding across EMEA and partners with the Head of Total Rewards and the HR Operations team on benefits renewals and plan design to ensure regional oversight
- Own the probationary period process across EMEA
- Continuously work to develop and improve HR policies and processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborate with the HR Operations team on employee promotion paperwork, role changes, salary changes and employment verifications across the EMEA region, ensuring paperwork is written in dual language where necessary
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on generating EMEA employment contracts
- Partnering with the HR Operations team, you will be responsible for the immigration process in region as well as any necessary file audits
Experience
- 4+ years overall experience in Human Resources
- 2+ years of extensive HR Generalist expertise, working with multiple business stakeholders
- Experience working in a high growth environment ideally in high-tech or a SaaS company
- Experience working in an HR structure that leverages the centers of excellence, shared services, and business-based HR structure considered an asset
Education
- CIPD, or other HR certification, is an asset
