Requirements

<br>Good communication skills working with external customers

<br>Experienced test manager with proven track record of delivery

<br>Being able to assess project requirements, experience with putting together a test plan and translate requirements into test cases

<br>Technical requirement analysis, test planning, test execution, test report

<br>Ability to process test data and prepare detailed report

<br>Ability to do risk analysis and risk mitigation

<br>2G, 3G, 4G/LTE RAN and VoLTE testing

<br>Solid working knowledge of 4G Radio Access Network technology including parameterisation and optimisation management

<br>Extensive recent experience in LTE system integration, testing and troubleshooting (system logs, OS logs, UE logs, network logs, etc.)

<br>RAN Integration knowledge and experience and proven track history

<br>Strong end-to-end RAN knowledge with focus on 4G

<br>RAN Technologies (vRAN, Small Cells, MIMO, Timing and Sync with GPS, PTP)

<br>Understanding of Networking Protocols like IP, TCP, SCTP, IPSEC

<br>Understanding of 3GPP standards, including procedures, call flows, KPI, statistics

<br>Good understanding of Layer 2 & 3 messages, RRC/RLC Layers.

<br>Analysing and diagnosing main RF Issues like Dropped calls, Blocked calls, Poor coverage, Handover Failures, Interference, RACH failures etc

<br>Good experience in analysing the Core Network elements issues like SGSN, GGSN, MSC, Media Gateway, MME, SGW, PGW
