Training Co-Ordinator

Rench Farm, Drumclog

QTS Training are looking for a Training Co-Ordinator to join their team. The details of the role are listed below.


Role and responsibilities:

  • Course planning
  • Uploading course details to online course management system
  • Updating QTS and NSAR (where appropriate) Calendars
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Processing course bookings
  • Promoting course availability to customers
  • Ensuring trainers and assessors are delivering to required capacity
  • Liaising with trainers re delivery dates and requirements
  • Outsourcing training courses as required
  • Checking candidate pre-requisites
  • Completing required training quality assurance and compliance processes
  • Preparing course paperwork

Skills required:

  • Experience of training co-ordination (preferable)
  • Knowledge of rail industry (preferable)
  • Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Accurate with excellent attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
  • Sense of humour
