We are Qeeper.
We complete maintenance work for some of the largest letting agents & property managers in the UK, mostly prime properties in London, Edinburgh, and Brighton. We are looking for a self-employed heating engineer to complete planned and reactive work on domestic properties across Edinburgh.
We are a friendly team and enjoy great working relationships with the engineers we partner with.
What are we offering?
- £50 per hour on-site
- Backed up by a friendly and supportive office team
- High volume of work Mon - Fri and over weekends
Typical jobs include:
- Boiler maintenance & fault finding
- Gas safety checks & servicing
- Water & gas leaks
- General heating and plumbing repairs
- Occasional boiler installations
What are we looking for?
- Experience across planned and reactive gas and plumbing works
- Gas Safe Registered
- Own van, tools, and Flue gas analyser
- Friendly and reliable with good communication skills
