<br><b>Working hours:</b> Shift - 4 on / 4 off, working 2 days & 2 nights

<br><br>

A full time, permanent opportunity has arisen at our Barnsley site for an Engineering Shift Manager to join the team. The role will be to drive the effectiveness of the engineering shift teams to achieve a safe working environment, the lowest possible downtime and improved production efficiencies within budgetary limits.

<br><b>The successful candidate will:</b> Take full responsibility for the team, ensuring all elements of the maintenance strategy are executed. Pick up the day-to-day duties of the Engineering Shift Co-ordinator during shift absence. Be the key point of contact for all departments when working out of normal office hours. Attend pre-scheduled engineering meetings when off shift.

<b>What we need from you:</b><br>

Engineering City & Guilds or ONC Multi-Skilled HNC

<br>NVQ Level 2 in Engineering Maintenance

<br>NVQ Level 3 in Management / ILM Certificate in Management Level 3

<br>Previous experience in a management position

<br>FMCG or food management experience
