MANUFACTURING ASSISTANT - WITH PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

Based on Lineside Industrial Estate in Wick, Littlehampton. PICS Ltd are market leaders within their field of operation. The Company is continuing to expand due to the professional, positive and forward-thinking approach by all staff to develop the business.

Therefore, we are looking to recruit additional members to join our manufacturing team. This is a full-time position where accuracy and a willingness to meet production deadlines are of paramount importance as we pride ourselves on our customer service. The successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and in return, we will offer a competitive remuneration package, together with an additional Rewards and Benefits Scheme, which includes a free day’s holiday for your birthday, additional holidays for longevity of service and much more which you will be entitled to after an initial qualifying period. Daily duties will include manufacturing our specialised products for the building industry. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential, as we provide the necessary training for the right candidate.

Salary to be discussed during the interview process and will depend on experience, however it exceeds minimum wage.
