Kitchen Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Parker London is looking for a motivated kitchen assistant for a day time only position. Hours may vary but normally a 9 hour shift between 8-5.

We are looking for someone to work 5 days per week (we are open 7 days a week so you may be required to work any of these days, as per agreed rota) with opportunities for overtime. (Approx 45 hours).

Paid fortnightly with free food and drink whilst on shift and employee discount of 50% for retail and when off-shift.

You will be working with a small, friendly team including the owners, GM and kitchen team.

Main Responsibilities:

- Kitchen Porter Duties (Washing-up, organising kitchen, cleaning pre, during and post service), helping to put away deliveries, stock rotation.

- Food Prep (preparing recipes and ingredients for our menu) as well as sandwich production and other grab and go dishes.

- Providing support to the chef on shift during service times. This may include plating up, cooking of dishes etc.

Full training will be provided.

Experience in a kitchen that provides a brunch menu is preferred, but not required.

Full time or Part time considered.
