Machine Operators x 3 positions – Bradford

40 hrs - Monday to Friday - Permanent Position

The machine operators will be working on machine manufacturing footwear, plastic products or wheel chair seats.

This position would suit an individual who has experience in a general manufacturing assembly or machine operating position. However full training will be given in this industry.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Operating machines to manufacture footwear
• Grinding and using a router to finish off products
• Using hand tools and knifes to trim and finish items in production
• Reading specifications and following instructions from clinician

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Confidence using machines and hand tools
• Strong hand/eye coordination and excellent attention to details
• Ability to follow instructions and work on your own initiative
• Be able to work to deadlines
• You must be organised, proactive and efficient
• You must be flexible in your work approach

The nature of the role is varied and can be fast paced so the successful candidate will maintain high standards when working to varying deadlines and specifications. Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
