Role Overview & Responsibilities

Mon – Fri – 0800-1600 (non-negotiable)

A vacancy has arisen within Forth Valley Prison Healthcare team for an administrator, incorporating tasks such as managing appointments, waiting lists, filing and databases. The ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post as travel between the three prison sites will be expected, however, will be primarily based at HMPYOI Polmont.

The successful candidate should be educated to SVQ level 3 or with equivalent level experience. They will be required to support the wider healthcare team with Administration Duties.

We require an individual with excellent communication skills who is proficient in Microsoft office and can work independently.
