Role Overview & Responsibilities
MServ are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager on a Temporary Contract for 4 months to oversee phases of our work whilst we build a new facility to house a CT Scanner at Torbay Hospital. We work with Medular Ltd who construct modular buildings in a factory in Hull then transport them to site for fitout and completion. The successful applicant will initially oversee the Civils and Enabling phae of the work followed by the Fitout element.
Key Activities will include the following:-
· To plan, prepare and manage all aspects of our site works.
· To check, review and approve sub-contractor’s method statements and risk assessments (RAMS).
· To oversee day to day activities and ensure that these are carried out safely and in accordance with the approved RAMS.
· To report to Project & Senior Management on all aspects of the project.
· Arrange and participate in project meetings.
· Manage resources diligently to deliver projects on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
· Operate with loyalty to your employer.
· To promote MServ at all times as a professional and efficient service provider.
Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months
Salary: From £40,000.00 per year
