As a progressive student-centred College, we are now looking for an HR Shared Service Assistant.

Details of the role

<br><br>

The successful candidate will have responsibility for providing a comprehensive Human Resources (HR) and Learning & Development (L&D) administrative support service for the College.

<br><br>

You will undertake a variety of administrative support duties designed to assist in the smooth running of the department/ College as well as providing generalist advice to managers and staff on key HR and L&D functions and procedures, including updating the HR database and supporting the monthly processing of payroll.

<br><br>

You will be part of a dynamic team supporting the onboarding and recruitment processes amongst a variety of tasks.

<br><br>

This is a full time position for 37 hrs per week, 52 weeks per year.

<br><br>

Interviews will be held on Friday 23 June 2023.

Requirements

<br><br>

You will have five GCSEs or equivalent passes, including English and Mathematics or ability to demonstrate competency at this level.

<br>You will also have around 1 years' office administrative experience as well as experience of using relevant bespoke databases/ computer packages.

<br><br>

The sucessful candidate will have knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

<br><br>

You will also be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines and an attention to detail.
