· We are seeking a 360 Servicing Manager / Who can Sell and Fill bookings, whilst managing a ON SITE, for all its Recruitment needs.

· You must have the ability to forward plan and be responsible to take this opportunity to the next level.

· Great IT skills are essential, as is Communication Skills.

· Selling to win New Business, whilst maintaining and growing the On Site Business.

· The ability to lead by example and manage a team, train and develop the team.

· Excellent Customer Skills.

· The ability to compile reports for Management purposes.

· Be tenacious to not give up, and the ability to work Smarter and Not Harder.

· Be able to manage Budgets and P and L targets / reports.

· All aspects of Recruitment.

· Candidates from other Sectors of Recruitment will be considered for this role, as will Candidates who have a Strong Sales and Account Management Back ground.

In Return, we offer an excellent package:

· The Salary is between £32,000 and £35,000 depending on experience.

· Car allowance – negotiable.
