Securitas Security Officer.
Full -time Security vacancy here at McArthurGlen Bridgend, Required to work 4 on 4 off we are looking for someone who can work as part of a team to make a difference.
As a security officer your specific role is to provide general security of the site including some or all of the following
- Excellent customer service when dealing with tenants and member of public
- Internal and external patrolling, including locking and unlicking of the premises
- Dealing with various emergency situations, including report writing and communicating with emergency services
- Key control
- Efficient reporting of loss, stolen and or vandalised equipment and/or property
- Health & Safety Observation Checks
- Comply with carrying out other duties reasonably requested from the customer or line manager
The key skills we are looking for include
- SIA Door Supervisor / Security Officer Licence essential
- A 5 year checkable work history or equivalent
- Full drivers licence preferable but not essential
- Excellent computer skills
- A smart & professional manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Flexible approach to working hours
- A very good understanding of the English language both written and verbal
