Vehicle Technicians

Full-time & permanent

Full-time hours to be worked between 8am-5:30pm Monday - Friday plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis (typically 1 in 3 or 1 in 4). Specific hours to be agreed at interview.

MB Centre Ltd is Nottingham’s largest and most experienced Mercedes Benz specialist, offering dealer level service and facilities at a fraction of main dealer prices.

Due to company expansion and customer demand, we are looking to recruit technicians of all capabilities from newly qualified technicians looking to gain qualifications and experience, to experienced, diagnostic technicians. Successful candidates will take a positive and proactive approach towards their work and must be enthusiastic and willing to further their existing skills. MB Centre provides ample training and skill development for all team members.

Responsibilities will vary depending on skills and experience of the individual but the following are desirable:

• MOT testing
• Vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Basic or advanced diagnostics and resolving faults.
• Inspecting components for wear and tear.
• Supporting fellow Technicians and staff members.
• The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Must be enthusiastic and determined to develop their career further and learn new skills whilst utilising their existing skills and experience within the trade. There will be ample opportunity provided for further training and skill development.
• Must have a genuine interest in and enthusiasm for working in the motor trade.
• Must be based within a commutable distance of Colwick, Nottingham.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
