Role Overview & Responsibilities
Reports to: Office ManagerResponsible for assisting The Stock Controllers & Purchase Ledger, in all their day to day duties.
Main Duties
Processing Invoices & credits, both stock and overheads.
Process business expenses for Account Managers.
Petty cash management.
Ullage Management
Returns to supplier process.
Chasing Invoices & Credits.
Deal with Supplier queries.
Deal With Customer queries.
Supporting other office departments where necessary.
Booking on Stock
Checking Stock Integrity
Ensuring all deliveries are booked in at convenient times for Goods In
Assist with weekly stocktakes
General Stock File House Keeping
Other adhoc duties as deemed by the Purchase Ledger & Stock Controller.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong administration skills
- Confident communicator
- A real can-do attitude, with a genuine care for both the business & our customers
- Knowledge of working on excel spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team working skills
- The ability to work to monthly deadlines
Will be required to work two weekends per year
