We are looking for an Accounts Assistant (Part-Time) to join Business Aviation Training Solutions, a division of Luxaviation Group.

The successful candidate will be working within the Accounts Department to ensure Customer and Vendor invoices are processed accurately and on time, manage Debtor Statements and Collections and support reconciliation of Intercompany accounts.


Key Responsibilities


  • Monitoring daily email communications and queries to company KPIs.
  • Preparing weekly BATS Sales Invoices and Statements.
  • Ensuring accounting information and records are up to date and
  • Working with spreadsheets, sales/purchase/bank ledgers and
  • Monthly Reconciliation of Intercompany
  • Debtors and Creditors control.
  • Processing staff expense
  • Bank
  • Liaising with third party providers and
  • Updating and maintaining procedural


Person Specification


The following qualifications, experience and skills are essential:

  • Accountancy/Bookkeeping
  • Accountancy software experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver
  • Time management
  • Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software
  • High level of accuracy
  • Extremely organized in a manner that is easily read by others
  • Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information
