We are currently looking for a Working Student - Community & User Generated Content Operations who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. In this role, your focus will be supporting  the operational management and quality assurance of user-generated content across multiple e-commerce platforms and community channels. The role helps ensure a consistent, trustworthy, and high-quality customer feedback experience by coordinating review processes, monitoring platform performance, and supporting day-to-day content operations.  

What you will do
  • Support moderation and quality control of user-generated content (reviews, Q&A, community interactions).
  • Handle escalated review cases according to moderation guidelines.
  • Monitor review syndication and content quality across brand shops and partner platforms.
  • Ensure new product launches are correctly integrated into review systems. 
  • Identify operational inconsistencies and escalate issues where needed. 
  • Assist with monitoring community/forum activity.
  • Support operational aspects of user research and customer feedback initiatives. 
  • Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and review quality processes.
  • Help optimize workflows and reporting structures.

  • What you should bring
    • Currently enrolled at a German university in a related discipline with at least 12 months of enrollment remaining.
    • Strong attention to detail and a structured, reliable way of working.
    • Ability to independently manage recurring operational tasks with high accuracy.
    • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
    • Comfortable working with digital platforms and online tools.
    • Interest in e-commerce, online communities, and customer experience.
    • Confident handling of spreadsheets and data maintenance tasks (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets).
    • Strong written communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders.
    • Proactive, collaborative team player with a high level of ownership.
    • Nice to have 

    • Initial experience in moderation, community management, e-commerce, or digital operations.
    • Familiarity with content platforms or review systems.
    • Interest in user research, customer insights, or user-generated content (UGC).
