Area Sales / Surveyor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Part time or full time Position

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company.

We convert customers loft area into safe accessible storage space. You will be advising on our range of loft storage solutions, loft ladders, loft hatches, loft shelves, loft insulation, and more.

We are looking for talented Sales people. You will be helping us to deliver a great experience from start to finish by offering our range of products.

As a sales / surveyor for Lofts4storage your responsibilities will be to work on your own visiting our clients at their homes on pre-arranged appointments. Each appointment takes on average 10/ 15 minutes.

All of our inquiries are inbound hot leads from people that genuinely want the work doing. This is not a hard sell.

Weekly managers meeting but your main office will be from home.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver solutions from survey to installation.
• Work directly with a team
• Feedback to the management of the business
• Help problem solve on any issues that arise from sales queries.
• Ensure all sales are carried out in a clear and fair fashion.
• Complete 4-6 appointments per day

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

What we're looking for:

• Experience working in sales in a home improvements industry,
• Experience in doing technical surveys would be an advantage
• Passionate and driven to excel in all areas.
• Work remotely covering up to 1.2 hrs from home
• Communicates clearly
• Basic IT skills – Laptop / Tablet

Salary: £15,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
