Role Overview & Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone to join our team for a part time role of around 10-15 hours per week.

The role will focus on contacting and connecting with leads and customers via text, dms, email, call and video call. The role will entail building genuine relationships with customers and potential customers. It will also include nurturing relationships to ensure both customer and company are satisfied.

General social media management skills are essential as well as a willingness to gain in-depth experience and knowledge of CBD.

The role will most likely branch into marketing and other areas as we are a small team so a positive approach to a generalist role will be expected.

We expect people to be able to work their hours in the morning/afternoon/early evening to help encourage a healthy work life balance within the team.

The brand owner is also a musician, regularly releasing folk/rock music. Please expect a cross over between both projects (CBD & Music) within your role. This may include events, networking and other areas.

Hours are not rigid and we would expect them to increase over time as the role becomes busier, performance based of course.
